Use Cases
Context
SCALE will test innovative V2X solutions through 13 use cases in real-life pilot sites. Each use case will follow three uniform phases:
© Unsplash - Michael Marais 1. Preparation & set-up through the procurement and installation/adaptation of required elements including appropriate vehicles, smart charging, V2X hard and software, etc.
2. Execution and monitoring during 24 months
3. Quantitative and qualitative data gathering to prepare the conditions for business case development
These use cases are structured in 4 Innovation Clusters (Home, Business/Office, Light and Heavy duty, and Public) for which smart charging and V2X is either already playing a significant role or will become a necessity in the next years. Each use case will focus on a different aspect to ensure complementarity and range.
